When a new version of Servus is released, you will need to manually download it to your device. The procedures below detail how to do it. Note that this will need to be done for each device in your Servus system.

Note: All tablets you are upgrading must have access to the Internet for the below procedures to work.

Procedures

1. From within Servus, tap the menu icon (1) and then the “Advanced” button (2) as shown below:

2. The tap the “Whizzo Website” button as shown below:

3. The browser application should launch and automatically go to the www.whizzosoftware.com as shown below:

4. Follow the instructions to download the software from the website.

5. Follow the instructions for installing the software. Note: the same instructions apply to both new installation and updates.

6. If you need to make Servus start by default again, follow these instructions.
